I struggle with technology, can I still take the class?
Yes! The goal is to get you comfortable with the technology and tools available. Reach out and we shall talk.
What is the cancellation & refunds policy?
Life. Life happens. In the event of you having to cancel a scheduled class, reach out right away. If you cancel before 72-hours of your scheduled class time I will refund all your money. If you have to cancel and you are within the 72 to 24-hours of your scheduled class time I will give back 50% of the class fee. If you have to cancel within 24-hours of the scheduled class time, I will give you back 25% of your class fee. No show, no communication a refund will not be offered. At any point, including a no show, you will have the ability to reschedule your class at no additional cost. Any refunds will be less any credit card and/or merchant processing fees. In basic terms, if I got charged for processing your credit card and then you want your money back – you have to pay what the credit card transaction fee was. (usually .03%)
